start a drug abstinence program immediately, which is a mandatory requirement for a positive MPU.

You certainly have the right to call on a lawyer. We are not aware of any case of a lawyer averting an MPU

could. The laws are clearly defined and guaranteed to be implemented. That means that you get a fine, a waiting period imposed by the court. Then the administration, the traffic office will request an MPU. You remain without a driver's license, even if the blocking period has expired, you will not get your driver's license back.

You need a positive MPU and for the MPU you need evidence of "hard drugs" (cocaine, all synthetic drugs, LSD, all amphetamines, heroin, Christel, usually proof of abstinence for 12 months).
